UNFORTUNATELY SITE RULES AND OUR INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS
MEAN THAT WE CANNOT ALLOW BOOKINGS FROM SINGLE SEX PARTIES
FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLY.
Please don't book for parties of young people, As they will be refused access to the caravan, which can be upsetting for everyone concerned.

A DEPOSIT OF £50 TO YOUR SECURE BOOKING IS REQURIED, TO BE PAID WITHIN 5 DAYS
The balance must be paid Six weeks before your holiday
If the balance has not been received in the time frame above we reserve the right to re-advertise the caravan.
The caravan is available from 2.00pm, on the day of arrival.
The caravan is to be vacated by 10am
Booking are from saturday to saturday
weekend and mid week breaks are available subject to availabilty
The caravans has the following: electric heaters, refrigerator, full cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, DVD player colour television, Free View iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner. Cooking utensils, crockery, pillows and duvets are provided but not linen, eg. you will have to supply sheets and/or quilt covers and pillow cases, bath/beach towels and t-towels etc.
Gas and electricity are free of charge
Please leave the caravan as you would like to find it . Cleaning materials and vacuum cleaner are provided for your use. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR BOND. The caravan is checked sameday of your departure
All rubbish has to be placed in black sacks (provided) and deposited in the appropriate refuse bins around the site.
Please respect other caravan dwellers. We are obliged to inform you that the site has a “no tolerance” policy on nuisance behaviour which means immediate eviction which is out of our control and therefore no refund can be paid. Please read the site rules which are in the caravan.
The caravan is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be considered in certain circumstances at the owners discretion and subject to a replacement booking being obtained. The deposit is non refundable.
The owner and site representatives are relieved of any liability for personal injury, goods left, lost or stolen before, during and after the booking has been completed.
